As you probably saw in the rules, I can not stand in-actives and do not tolerate it. Both Oscar and Morgan haven't been on since sign-ups. I'm assuming whichever tribe loses they will be sending their inactive home at tribal council. So if the other is still inactive when the tribal council is going on for the losing tribe...that person will be replaced. I already have someone to replace him/her.
If you are leaving for vacation or going away for a few days send me a PM so I know and do not replace you for going inactive. I'll also put an announcement on the board letting everyone know your going away.
